🔄 Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

To process this quickly:

  • Please share a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened from the beginning.
  • Email it to mazhecomics@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery, along with your order number and issue details.

This helps us verify the issue fairly and resolve it smoothly for you 🎥✨
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.

📦 Returns (Non-Damaged Items)

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • A ₹99 return handling fee will be applicable (to cover reverse shipping and processing).
  • The amount will be issued as Store Credit.

💳 Store Credits:

  • Valid for 30 days from issue.
  • Can be used on any product on our website.
  • Cannot be converted to cash or bank refunds.
  • Non-transferable.

🏷️ Sale & Discounted Items

All items purchased during sales or with discount codes are considered final sale.We are unable to offer returns, cancellations, or refunds on discounted products.However, if you receive a damaged product, we will absolutely send a replacement after verification 💛

🔐 Secure Delivery

All orders are delivered via an OTP-based confirmation system, and sharing the OTP at delivery confirms successful receipt of the parcel.

🚫 Forced Returns

We do not accept forced or refused deliveries.If a parcel is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply.

🚚 Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays due to logistics, weather conditions, or public holidays may occur.Refunds will not be issued for courier-related delays.

 Cancellations
COD Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. However, the ₹50 advance will still not be refunded.
