  • Shipping & Delivery Details 🚚✨

    • Your order will be dispatched within 4 to 5 business days after confirmation. ⏳
    • Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. 📦
    • We ship all orders through Shiprocket to ensure a smooth delivery process. 🚀
    • Please note, Saturdays and Sundays are company holidays
  • Important Information Regarding Prepaid Orders

    In certain situations, such as:

    • You are unavailable to receive the delivery 📦
    • Your phone is unreachable, or the contact number provided is incorrect 📱
    • The address provided is incomplete or incorrect 🏡
    • The delivery agent is unable to locate your address 📍
    • You do not receive the delivery OTP 🔑

    If any of these reasons cause your prepaid order to be returned to us, please note the following:

    • The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost of ₹70.
    • The re-shipping of RTO (Return to origin) orders can take upto 3-4 days to reship 
    • Once the order is in transit with the logistics provider, we are unable to make any changes or intervene. You will need to contact the logistics provider directly for assistance with delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation Policy ❌✨

    • If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 1 hours of placing it. ⏳
    • If your order has not yet gone into production or been dispatched, we will gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund. 💸
    • Please note, if the order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it. 🙅‍♀️
    • Refunds will be credited to your bank account within 15 days. 🏦
    • No cancellations will be accepted for orders that have already been dispatched. 🚚
    • Additionally, cancellations due to logistical issues will not be considered. 📦

  • If you receive a damaged product or notice missing items, we will gladly send a replacement product. To process this, please provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel being opened from the beginning. 🎥
  • Please note that Mazhecomics does NOT accept forced returns, and these items are non-refundable, but we will ensure a new product is sent to you. 🚚
  • Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by logistical issues, shipping delays, or public holidays. 📦🚫
