Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with MazheComics. Below are the details regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery terms.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-4 business days after order confirmation.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
During sales, festive seasons, or high-volume periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or regional constraints.
3. OTP-Based Secure Delivery
All orders are delivered through an OTP-based confirmation system.
An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number at the time of delivery.
The parcel will be handed over only after the OTP is shared with the delivery partner.
Once the OTP is provided, the order is considered successfully delivered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct phone number is provided at checkout.
4. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Incorrect phone number
Customer unavailability
OTP not shared at delivery
The order may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
In such cases:
A ₹99 re-shipping fee will be applicable before the order is dispatched again.
Re-dispatch may take 3–4 business days after payment of re-shipping charges.
5. Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable courier partners, MazheComics is not responsible for delays caused by:
Logistics disruptions
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Incorrect details provided by the customer
Refunds will not be issued for courier-related delays.
6. Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped:
We are unable to modify the address.
We cannot redirect or hold the shipment.
Customers must coordinate directly with the logistics provider for delivery assistance.
7. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment using the tracking link provided.
